ALATONE INTERNATIONAL ARTIST ACADEMY
An educational and cultural initiative of the Alatone International Cultural Foundation
From a talented performer to an international artist
6 months of professional guidance for a young musician
A personalized development program with an internationally recognized mentor, professional guidance, and progress monitoring throughout the entire program.
Each Academy participant works with a personal mentor — a recognized musician and educator of international standing. Over six months, the participant receives professional guidance, while monthly individual online meetings serve as the main checkpoints of the program.
Together with the mentor, the participant defines professional goals and receives guidance on repertoire, artistic development, competitions and festivals, masterclasses, professional portfolio development, and further education.
Month by month, the mentor monitors progress, adjusts the direction of work, and helps shape the participant’s next professional step.
We do not replace your regular teacher.
The Academy’s recommendations are integrated into the participant’s regular study process and do not create a separate additional workload. The mentor provides an independent professional perspective, helps define priorities, and helps make everyday work more focused and purposeful.
We help talent find its next professional step.
